7. Additional Fees
Customers are responsible for any transportation costs to and from the meeting point, communication charges, and any other personal expenses unless otherwise stated on the relevant tour page.
8. Payment Method
Payment is accepted by credit card through Stripe.
Other payment methods, if any, will be shown on the relevant booking page.
9. Payment Timing
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated on the relevant booking page.
A reservation is confirmed after payment is successfully completed or after we send a booking confirmation notice.
10. Service Delivery Timing
The booked service will be provided on the date and time of the reserved tour.
11. Booking Confirmation
A booking is deemed complete when payment has been successfully processed and/or when we send a confirmation email.
12. Cancellation by Customer
The following cancellation charges apply unless otherwise stated for a specific tour:
- Up to 7 days before the tour date: Free of charge
- 6 to 2 days before the tour date: 50% of the tour fee
- 1 day before or on the tour date: 100% of the tour fee
- No-show without notice: 100% of the tour fee
Any refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
13. Cancellation by Organizer
We may cancel a tour due to severe weather, natural disasters, road conditions, safety concerns, guide availability, or other unavoidable circumstances.
If we cancel a tour before it starts, the paid tour fee will be refunded in full.
However, we are not responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
14. Participation Requirements
Participation requirements, including minimum age, height, physical condition, cycling ability, and other safety-related conditions, may apply depending on the tour.

We reserve the right to decline participation if we determine that it would be unsafe for the participant or others.
15. Booking Deadline
Please refer to each tour page for the applicable booking deadline.
16. Service Availability
Tours are subject to availability, weather conditions, guide scheduling, and operational circumstances.
