Forest Ride by Lake Chuzenji
Cycling tour in Oku-Nikko, above Nikko Iroha slope. Ride through forest paths to Lake Chuzenji, Japan’s highest lake. Explore Senjogahara, a famous wetland. The tour includes lunch, an outdoor matcha experience, and E-bikes, allowing you to easily climb hills and enjoy the scenery at your own pace.

Born in Nikko and raised in Nikko, I began riding road bikes in 2010 and have traveled throughout Japan as well as Canada, the US, France and Cambodia for cycling events and tours. After leaving the workforce in My 40s (early retirement), I spent all my retirement money studying abroad in Montreal, Canada. I am a member of One Play-it, which offers hands-on "Outdoor Activity" and "Craft" in Nikko City. After working as an outdoor guide at One Play-it, I launched NIKKO CYCLING Ciel.
